Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish.
Manage event logistics including scheduling, setup, and on-site support.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing event materials, tracking budgets, and maintaining records.
Provide support during events, including guest assistance and problem resolution.
Contribute creative ideas to improve event design and attendee experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or customer service.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools is a plus.
