The Recruiting Manager will lead SpyCloud’s talent acquisition efforts, building upon the company’s recruitment strategy to attract top cybersecurity professionals. This role oversees the recruiting team and collaborates with leadership to drive organizational growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top cybersecurity professionals.
- Full-cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to position SpyCloud as an employer of choice in the cybersecurity industry.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Metrics: Develop and track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize the hiring process.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts.
- Campus and Community Engagement: Develop relationships with universities and industry organizations to attract emerging cybersecurity talent.
- Recruitment Technology: Leverage recruitment technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and promote an inclusive hiring process.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in recruiting leadership roles, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
- Track Record: Proven success in recruiting cybersecurity professionals and building high-performing teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity talent needs and market trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Data-Driven: Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics for decision-making.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Experience in managing and leading diverse recruiting teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
