Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top cybersecurity professionals.
  • Full-cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to position SpyCloud as an employer of choice in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Develop and track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize the hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts.
  • Campus and Community Engagement: Develop relationships with universities and industry organizations to attract emerging cybersecurity talent.
  • Recruitment Technology: Leverage recruitment technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and promote an inclusive hiring process.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
