The Opportunity

The dairy industry is growing more becoming more and more complex as farm dairy managers and owners face ongoing business management challenges. New technology, data management, and increased regulations mean they will be more dependent on partnering with subject matter experts for guidance and advice.

Dairy programs in post-secondary education institutions are preparing students in an academic setting to understand the core components of dairy science and the ag business. However, many students’ post-graduation miss the practical understanding of how these topics are applied on progressive dairies.

Through a mix of classroom and on-farm learning, you will learn how to understand and apply theories to real world challenges and get to know our passionate team of advisors and our businesses for future career opportunities.
