  • 6-8 years of experience in business finance, operations, or marketing
  • 2-5 years in high-tech marketing managing an MDF process
  • Experience in marketing, budgeting, reporting, and operations support
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy
  • Capacity to nurture relationships, communicate effectively, and build trust
  • Experience delivering against multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Basic understanding of financial processes
Responsibilities
  • Supporting all aspects of the MDF process
  • Managing and supporting incoming and/or outgoing MDF budgets
  • Collaborating with partners and NVIDIA Partner Marketing Managers
  • Reviewing MDF projects and claims for compliance and accuracy
  • Assisting partners with accurate and timely claims submission
  • Summarizing quarterly MDF marketing plan activities and presenting to executives
  • Creating ad-hoc reports requested by management
  • Working with internal and external accounts payable teams
  • Nurturing positive relationships with various teams and partners
  • Establishing guidelines and timelines for MDF workflow
  • Contributing to process improvement and standardization
  • Safeguarding data integrity by ensuring projects are submitted correctly
  • Reviewing MDF related contracts
