About This Role:
Crusoe Energy seeks a dedicated and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee our supply chain and procurement operations in Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will optimize these processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high quality in our supply chain management. This role is critical for ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Crusoe’s Industries manufacturing services. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, leadership experience, and a strong background in procurement and supply chain management.
A Day In The Life:
Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and consistent with company objectives.
Manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, from raw material sourcing to product delivery.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Analyze and optimize logistical operations to ensure seamless flow of goods and reduce operational costs.
Evaluate and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards and delivery deadlines.
Oversee the inventory management process and implement solutions to reduce stock shortages and excess.
Conduct risk management for supply contracts and agreements including contingency planning.
Responsible for leading cross-functional teams and coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure supply alignment.
Implement sustainability practices in procurement and supply chain operations in alignment with Crusoe Energy’s environmental goals.
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and supply chain innovations to keep Crusoe Energy at the competitive edge.
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
5 or more years of experience in a supply chain or procurement leadership role, preferably in the energy sector.
Proven track record of managing supply chains, vendor compliance, and improving processes.
Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Experience in Strategic Sourcing activities such as RFPs, RFQs, Supplier Selection, and Risk Management.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Ability to navigate Crusoe Industries’ Acumatica (ERP) system.
Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned

Compensation Range:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $100,000 - $125,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
