Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 5+ or more years in public accounting at one of the Big 4 firms
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, as well as strong problem-solving
  • Proficiency in managing and overseeing tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the capacity to evaluate broader contexts at a strategic level.
  • Comfort in diving deeply into details to identify issues while connecting them back to the core problem to improve on existing processes.
Responsibilities
  • Help facilitate all aspects of the Company’s equity programs
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all equity data in the equity system of record
  • Assist the Senior Manager, Equity in ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant accounting guidance, securities laws, domestic and international tax regulations
  • Generate and maintain reporting of stock-based and other compensation data for financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and IFRS and provide support to external auditors for annual audits
  • Prepare monthly accrual calculations and reconciliations for compensation related programs (i.e.
  • stock based compensation, sabbatical and bonuses).
