Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in database marketing, customer relationship management, email, digital, direct mail, or one-to-one marketing.
  • At least three years of hands-on experience in client service, account management, or response management.
  • Experience with digital marketing or interactive agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee medium-to-high-complexity brand customer relationship management engagements, including developing project plans, creating status reports, conducting weekly status meetings, and following up with stakeholders to ensure on-time execution of brand customer relationship management programs.
  • Learn the business for the respective therapeutic areas and brands.
  • Work with multiple departments and agencies throughout project development and implementation to keep projects on time and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Manage workload and improve brand campaigns by reviewing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and communicating them to the marketing team.
  • Develop and maintain project documents, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports; maintain detailed knowledge of work in progress and identify risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional and agency teams to create processes for capturing requirements, gaining approvals, documenting metadata, and verifying data elements needed to execute campaigns.
  • Document change requests, notify the team, and assess timeline implications; pursue standardization, automation, and process improvement.
  • Prepare quarterly campaign audits and campaign performance service-level agreements and review them with customer relationship management leadership.
  • Identify issues and concerns involving cross-functional and agency partners, determine root causes, and recommend corrective action.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to increase engagement.
  • Participate in planning with brands, internal cross-functional teams, and agency partners; maintain team check-ins to track campaign activity and manage resources.
  • Prepare clear communications, set expectations, and create quarterly business reviews with brand and omnichannel leaders.
