Responsibilities
  • Lead the function of product performance insights and reporting for Annuity products
  • Deliver reports and insights with various tools
  • Facilitate and lead regular performance & insights discussions with product and sales leadership
  • Utilize technology and team expertise to create and devise solutions to business problems and opportunities
  • Govern intake requests and lead projects to create/enhance/modify current reporting output
  • Build and maintain relationships with key operations, product, business, and IT/data partners
  • Responsible for ongoing development of the function and maturation of product reporting and analytics sophistication
  • Immediate ownership of the Fixed and Variable Annuity Product management data analytics programs
  • Presenting complicated information to senior level management
