The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Vice President of Martech Strategy, Planning, and Delivery to join our Global Digital Marketing Team.! The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Martech strategy that aligns with our company’s overall business objectives. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and influential leadership to drive the adoption of marketing technologies and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Martech Modernization Vision and Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive Martech modernization strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. Research, recommend, and implement new marketing technology products and tools to improve business performance across channels and products in partnership with marketing leadership, IT, and data partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of modern marketing practices across all channels and touchpoints. Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to deliver differentiated omni-channel experiences for our customers.
- Customer Engagement: Design and implement customer engagement strategies and/or use cases that provide personalized, relevant, timely, and connected experiences. This includes designing end-to-end digital customer onboarding journeys and improving customer retention through loyalty programs.
- Service Delivery Models: Implement service delivery models that drive process efficiencies via automation. Lead initiatives to design digital workflows, channel strategies, and customer value propositions, resulting in significant cost savings and improved service delivery.
- Develop and implement personalized marketing campaigns to enhance customer experiences across various segments and channels.
- Create dynamic content strategies tailored to individual customer preferences and behaviors.
- Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven insights to refine personalization tactics and improve engagement metrics.
- Integrate customer data from multiple touchpoints to deliver cohesive and relevant messaging.
- Design and optimize personalized onboarding journeys to boost customer acquisition and retention rates.
- Implement automated workflows to streamline personalized communications and drive efficiencies.
- Highlight Business Impact: Emphasize the business impact of Martech initiatives by showcasing how they contribute to achieving the company’s strategic goals. This includes demonstrating improvements in customer engagement, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies.
- Engage in Strategic Discussions: Include senior partners in strategic discussions about Martech initiatives. Seek their input and feedback to ensure alignment with the company’s overall vision and objectives. This collaborative approach helps build trust and support for Martech projects.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing technology role (10+ years), with a strong track record of developing and implementing Martech strategies.
- Deep understanding of Martech tools and analytics, with the ability to guide intended results across a highly matrixed organization. Specific tools include the entire Adobe Experience Cloud Stack, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DOMO, PowerBI, etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire change across the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary range is expected to be between
$126,600.00 CAD - $235,300.00 CAD
