- Australian Citizenship (mandatory for NV1 clearance eligibility)
- NV1 clearance required for Australian Citizens
- Trade license or equivalent technical qualification (Electrical, HVAC, IT network or Communications)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a mission-critical or data centre environment
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and experience with Building Management Systems and Data Center Infrastructure Management platforms
- Confident communicator with excellent troubleshooting and reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, chillers, generators, CRAC units, etc.)
- Facilitate both scheduled and emergency maintenance with contractors and vendors to ensure uptime, SLA compliance, certification standards, and adherence to safety protocols
- Supervise contractors and vendors to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), and Method of Procedures (MOPs)
- Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS), track energy efficiency, and respond to fault alarms
- Conduct daily facility inspections and report on system performance and asset condition
- Support audits, compliance reporting, and incident investigations
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with OH&S regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and interface with customers on operational issues
- Maintain accurate records, performance data, and vendor reports
