Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or related degree
  • 8+ years relevant experience with HR systems and technologies
  • 5+ years of experience with HR systems such as Workday
  • Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Articulate, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
  • System thinking orientation
  • Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and deliver an excellent work product in a fast-paced, and rapidly changing dynamic company
  • Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information with the ability to exercise discretion and show good judgment

Responsibilities
  • Enhance and maintain current HR systems
  • Develop Business Requirement Documentation in partnership with the People Team COE’s
  • Project manage all system enhancements
  • Create process documentation in support of COE programs
  • Evaluate current pain points within the HR tech ecosystem
  • Analyze and interpret business process issues
  • Collaborate with external vendors ensuring data integrity and proactive support
  • Upload data as part of the key HR processes
  • Be the data custodian for all data that is in our systems
  • Pull and analyze data as requested by the CPO and other team members
