Requirements
  • 8+ years experience in Product Management with a majority at a SaaS company
  • Experience building analysis and reporting capabilities for external customers required
  • Basic understanding of ML/ AI applications in analytics
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product vision and strategy
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deep empathy for customers and a passion for creating products that deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Consumer product experience in a PLG environment a plus
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Analyze product
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap
  • Develop detailed product requirements and work closely with a team of engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product designers
  • Conduct market and user research, identify industry trends, and perform competitive analysis
  • Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points
  • Work with Product Marketing to build GTM plans for the product
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success
  • Understand the technical architecture and make appropriate trade-off discussions with engineering
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization
