Responsibilities
  • Subject Matter Expert in Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Currency operational processes.
  • Managing operational aspects of FICC transactions and communication with internal/external clients.
  • Risk mitigation, ensuring client activity is successfully managed post trade execution, including SLA adherence.
  • Idea generation and implementation of creating quality solutions within the team to support new client and business activity and regulatory adherence.
  • Partner with Trading/Sales and Federation stakeholders on executing new business and maintaining existing trade portfolios.
  • Provide Lifecycle Support and guidance to Trading Desks, Sales and Clients. This role will involve a large amount of facilitation and negotiation with global teams across all divisions.
  • Work closely with other team members and management to achieve both industry set and internal targets.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders – Business, Engineering, Operations and Treasury. Actively engage, partner and drive changes, provide excellent service and support.
  • Monitoring Key Risk Indicators and ensuring they are at or below agreed levels.
Desired Qualifications
  • Work experience in a Global Banking and Markets role for 10+ years
  • Experience leading a team providing task supervision, support and training to more junior members
  • Proficiency in general data analysis
  • FICC industry and market knowledge would be an advantage
