Requirements
  • Experience and ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team.
  • IT literacy and experience using data management systems, including word processing, data entry, database maintenance, Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
  • Understanding of data protection, information sharing, and confidentiality issues.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Management Team to ensure that administration, IT, and telecommunication systems operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Change Grow Live Business Support and external office and equipment suppliers.
  • Provide advice, information, and reports clearly and concisely through the most appropriate channel while being sensitive to the audience's needs.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records and data collection in line with Public Health and Change Grow Live performance frameworks and reporting requirements.
  • Manage an electronic filing system to keep client data and information orderly and accessible, using CRIIS, Quit Manager, or an equivalent system.
  • Act as the main point of contact for administration matters and undertake regular and ad hoc requests from the Nurse Manager, Project Manager, Data Manager, and other Change Grow Live senior management.
  • Provide supportive line management to the administration staff team.
