Requirements

Experience with FAA regulations, specifically FAR Part 21
Experience in all phases of design and production approvals for FAA Certification
Experience in high tech/complex manufacturing environment
In-depth knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management System requirements
Demonstrated ability to organize, define and document quality processes
Experience with implementing continuous improvement activities
Strong attention to details to eliminate documentation comprehension and interpretation ambiguity
Desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with team members throughout the organization
Ability to influence without authority and be creative while solving complex problems
Willingness to be a team player and wear different hats on different days depending on the demand

Responsibilities

Supporting implementation and monitoring effectiveness of all the quality processes and regulatory requirements
Engaging with other team members to apply industry experience to continually improve the quality system company-wide

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

You will work as an integral part of a cross functional quality team to support the evolution of flight. Key to your responsibilities will be supporting implementation and monitoring effectiveness of all the quality processes and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will need to engage with other team member to apply industry experience to continually improve the quality system company wide.

Minimum Qualifications we are seeking:

Experience with FAA regulations, specifically FAR Part 21
Experience in all phases of design and production approvals for FAA Certification
