Requirements
  • Understanding complex global employee relations
  • Proven experience leading, decision making, documenting, and delivering ER investigation reports
  • Experience in conflict resolution, policy development, negotiation planning, and implementation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective listening and writing
  • High levels of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Ability to build strong relationships with managers, senior leaders, Legal and HR colleagues, and external advisors
  • 5+ years of HR experience
Responsibilities
  • Accountable for end to end ER management
  • Conduct investigations with varying levels of complexity
  • Lead policy updates and collaborate on internal practice & procedure
  • Partner with HR Operations to build insights from data
  • Identify efficiencies for employee relations practices
  • Create and present analytics data from ER tools
  • Develop ER processes and improve efficiency with Elastic's systems
