Requirements
  • 8+ years related treasury, finance or accounting experience; at least 3 years of international treasury experience; Payments experience a plus
  • Possess a BS/BA degree (finance, accounting or economics preferred); MBA Preferred
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility and creativity in dealing with sophisticated legal issues on a domestic and cross-border basis
  • Experience in banking and investments preferred
  • Flexible, inventive, a “can-do” attitude
  • Well-organized ability to prioritize and multi-task in a lively, multifaceted and constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent social, written and oral communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development of investment strategies to improve returns and beat benchmarks
  • Run the investment meetings and report on metrics
  • Work with FP&A and other business partners on the budget forecast for Treasury
  • Develop cash flow models and coordinates the quarterly variance and forecasting process, through trend analysis and regular communication with business leaders
  • Manages exposures by collaborating with other key treasury teams to mitigate foreign currency exposure and counter-party risk
  • Participates with Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams to complete dividends, inter-company loans, and overall global cash planning
  • Manage the creation of reporting and analysis to Management
  • Drive project initiatives while leading milestones across functions and within the Treasury group
  • Ability to conduct detailed current-state assessments, documentation and planning
  • Recommends bank products and services to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve customer experience
  • Leads all aspects of treasury and cash management systems initiatives
  • Understand and interpret banking regulations, as it relates to fund flows, across multiple countries
  • Drive optimization of existing and new partner payment processes through workflow automation, new payment rail integration and improved banking/Fintech solutions
  • Develop processes and execute playbook around partner payment risk management
  • Ensure financial statement / reporting and payment regulation compliance
  • Collaborate with team members, managers, product, and payments team to build out GoDaddy's payment platform and drive automation
  • Design and monitor reports that measure and provide insights and visualizations into payment metrics, systems functionality, KPIs, and historical performance
  • Coordinate the issuance of letters of credit and bank guarantees
  • Recommends and implements liquidity structures through coordination with banking partners, tax, and in-country finance teams to build end-to-end automation
  • Improve processes and procedures across the organization; increasing automation and creating a more strategic team
  • Support cash management controls and all treasury and banking related issues
  • Act as lead and/or work in conjunction with Management on projects
  • Assess existing policies and procedures for effectiveness and appropriate controls
  • Responsible for SOX compliance requirements as needed
  • Manage the integration of all M&A with the cash management team
  • Support the automation opportunities embedded within Treasury
  • Responsible for driving 85% automation over the first 3 years
