  • O Bachelor's Degree
  • O 8+ years of related experience, master's degree and 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
  • O Relevant work experience that can span software development, marketing, product marketing, product management, sales engineering, operational roles, or strategy consulting
  • O Experience with product marketing or other go-to-market strategy work experience, preferably at a SaaS technology company
  • O Self-motivated and hungry to take ownership of the projects you own
  • O Experience working with technical products and API companies is preferred
  • O Experience working on marketing or growth throughout a product's lifecycle
  • O You have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience-from developer to CFO-and differentiate EasyPost
  • O Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • O You like working with data and insights and pair that with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market

  • O Communicate with customers and prospects about new and existing products/services to capture feedback and improve marketing collateral
  • O Partner with the Product and Analytics Teams to establish and report on Adoption KPIs for the products you own
  • O Advocate for our existing and prospective customers, be informed about our competitive landscape and become the go-to expert for your product area to help shape the product roadmap and strategy
  • O Deeply understand our different customer segments and user types and execute marketing strategies needed to reach different audiences
  • O Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams-Product, Sales, Design, o Marketing, Operations and Engineering-to execute go-to-market strategy and achieve adoption goals for new and existing products/services
  • O Enable customer-facing teams at EasyPost-from Sales, Customer Success and o Solutions Engineering on new and existing products/services
  • O Work with the Finance and Product teams to set pricing
  • O Work to expand our solutions, adapting your understanding of local market needs, competitors, and pricing accordingly
