Responsibilities
  • Design and implement operational frameworks, processes, and systems to improve partner engagement, collaboration, and performance.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner activities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use Salesforce (CRM), Looker (BI), Impartner (PRM), and other systems to track, analyze and report on partner-related data, generating insights and recommended actions for business decision-making.
  • Manage the technology enabling both internal and external partner interactions, including capturing business requirements, system improvements, and data management, of all partner related technology including PRM, CRM, and others.
  • Help build partner collateral in preparation and support of QBR and strategy presentations, gleaning insights from partner operational data and translating into potential GTM opportunities and actionable recommendations.
  • Build relationships with team members across sales, enablement, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure understanding collective success. Partner with enablement to ensure successful change management and maximum process adoption and efficiency.
