Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance, accounting, economics, and/or business is preferred.
  • A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of commercial underwriting, credit, banking, and/or financial services experience is required.
  • Prior experience with governmental financial analysis and fund accounting is a plus.
  • Prior experience with gaming and/or Native American financial services is a plus.
  • Exposure to casino lending, construction monitoring, and transactional experience as administrative agent on syndicated loans is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze relevant financial data for clients and prospects, including spreading financial statements and collaborating with third-party vendors to ensure accuracy.
  • Model clients' and prospects' future financial performance, including downside scenarios.
  • Structure transactions with business partners, bankers, and relationship managers.
  • Perform enhanced leveraged cash flow due diligence when appropriate.
  • Prepare credit underwriting documents identifying credit risks, mitigants, industry concerns, market-share trends, financial trends, and other pertinent credit issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer, Money Laundering Control Act, Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control requirements and certify beneficial ownership.
  • Manage approval processes for lending commitments, amendments, waivers, and consents, including monitoring, reporting, and recommendations to credit executives.
  • Review and maintain credit agreements, guarantees, security pledges, and collateral documentation.
  • Monitor portfolio accounts and financial performance for covenant compliance, liquidity, earnings trends, management capability, and other information needed to protect the bank.
  • Maintain data integrity and appropriate asset risk ratings in bank systems and reports.
  • Identify potential problem accounts and work with the Asset Recovery Group to improve the bank's position.
  • Establish and maintain direct client relationships, attend management presentations and bank meetings, conduct site visits, and identify underwriting or additional product opportunities.
  • Contribute to or prepare white papers on assigned industry segments.
  • Evaluate formation documents, constitutions, referendum rights, and contracting authorities of tribal governments.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. As of 31 March 2026, the company had $25 million drawn on the previous facility and $39.6 million cash on hand, resulting in no net debt.

KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Alterra IOS secures $400M refinancing from Truist and KeyBank for industrial outdoor storage portfolio

Alterra IOS has closed a $400 million refinancing facility led by Truist Financial and KeyBank to support expansion of its industrial outdoor storage platform. Truist provided $225 million whilst KeyBank committed $175 million. The transaction uses an equity pledge structure rather than traditional property mortgages, enabling portfolio-level financing across 99 properties spanning 27 states. The portfolio comprises 551 usable acres and nearly 2.1 million square feet of warehouse space located in major US industrial corridors. This brings Alterra's total debt commitments across its discretionary IOS funds to more than $2 billion. The company has acquired over 495 properties across 39 states as of Q2 2026, positioning itself as a leading owner and operator in the industrial outdoor storage sector.
