Requirements
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Prior coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business is preferred.
  • Ability to execute operational processes, use systems and tools, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of profit drivers, operational metrics, local market drivers, and competition.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members and clinicians.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask effectively without compromising work quality.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and maintain extreme confidentiality of team member records, patient records, and compensation information.

Responsibilities
  • Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework.
  • Act as manager of the supported practice in the Operations Manager's absence.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules and assign team members to specific duties.
  • Help team members develop successful patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
  • Create team focus on executing the Owner Dentists Clinical Culture to support the Perfect Patient Experience.
  • Assist in driving year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
  • Ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
  • Provide feedback on tactics that change financial and patient outcomes so the organization can benefit.
  • Ensure the office follows standards for facility cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Lead and participate in daily huddles and other required meetings.
  • Make decisions consistent with the PDS Brand framework while stewarding the PDS Brand.
  • Execute PDS processes, systems, and tools as a subject matter expert and contribute to their improvement.
  • Ensure the Perfect Patient Experience and HC Handoff are executed to gain Patients for Life.
  • Support clinician education and referrals regarding the Mouth-Body Connection.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies and address others professionally and respectfully.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state, federal, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
