Invivyd reports $13.7M Q1 revenue, 22% growth, advances COVID-19 monoclonal antibody trial

Invivyd Inc. reported first-quarter earnings on 14 May, with PEMGARDA net product revenue reaching $13.7 million, up 22% year-on-year. The biopharmaceutical company ended the quarter with $184.2 million in cash, supplemented by approximately $20 million from an at-the-market offering in April. The company posted a net loss of $41.4 million, driven by increased operating expenses related to its DECLARATION Phase 3 clinical trial for VYD2311, a COVID-19 monoclonal antibody candidate. The trial achieved initial full enrollment in March, with top-line data now expected in the third quarter. Invivyd is preparing additional Phase 3 trials and advancing its pipeline beyond COVID-19, including VMS063 for measles and VBY329 for paediatric respiratory syncytial virus prophylaxis.

Invivyd reports 22% YoY PEMGARDA revenue growth amid clinical trial investments

Invivyd Inc reported strong revenue growth in its Q1 2026 earnings call, with monoclonal antibody revenues continuing to grow and PEMGARDA revenue increasing 22% year-over-year compared to Q1 2025. The company accelerated recruitment for its pivotal DECLARATION trial, exceeding internal expectations, though recruitment slowed during a lull in COVID-19 cases. The company confirmed virus neutralisation against the Omicron BA.3.2 variant and is expanding its early discovery pipeline to include antibodies for measles, mumps, rubella and Lyme disease. Invivyd reported significant clinical spending on the DECLARATION trial but expects R&D spending to normalise as the VYD2311 trial concludes. The company strengthened its cash position through additional funding raised in April and received positive feedback from policymakers on increased government affairs activity.

Invivyd eyes mid-2026 data for COVID antibody VYD2311 as PEMGARDA revenue jumps 31%

Invivyd reported Q4 2025 earnings, highlighting strategic progress in monoclonal antibody prophylaxis as an alternative to COVID-19 vaccine boosting. The company's Declaration study for VYD2311 reached target enrolment of approximately 1,770 subjects, with mid-year 2026 remaining the target for pivotal data. PEMGARDA revenue grew 31% sequentially, supporting infrastructure development ahead of a potential VYD2311 launch. Management expects to decide on expanding the trial by roughly 30% in April to ensure statistical power if community attack rates fluctuate. The company reported cash of $226.7 million, providing runway through the mid-2026 data readout. Invivyd is expanding into long COVID and post-vaccine syndrome, whilst developing RSV and measles programmes with a paediatric-first approach. Management cited COVID-19 community attack rates as the primary external risk factor.
