  • Understanding client requirements, following up any enquiries in order to make sure expectations are managed and met
  • Provide valuable referrals to our new business team as the candidate builds relationships with clients and expands their network of industry contacts
  • Possess excellent communication skills- both written and verbally
  • Be organised and have strong time management skills- ability to prioritise high value and varied tasks
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills, being able to build relationships across multiple departments
  • Possess a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Be a team player who has a nature ability to collaborate with other team members to help where needed, share best practices and industry knowledge etc
  • Be customer centric, demonstrating client empathy
  • Have an eye for detail, especially when interpreting commercial contract terms
Desired Qualifications
  • Ideally you will have worked in a business development or sales role previously
  • Ideally have experience of PEP-Sanctions/ Transaction Monitoring sales. Please note that this is desirable but not essential
