  • University degree, preferably in technology, engineering, or business
  • 6+ years of experience in a product role or as a technical expert (network and/or datacenter engineer) dealing with financial network services or related sectors
  • Ideally, the candidate would have worked for a trading venue, a financial market service provider (Extranet, ASP, ISV), or a trading firm (banks, hedge fund, prop shop), and has experience and exposure to the following: Market participants, exchanges, and alternative trading systems; Market data and order entry protocols; Electronic and algorithmic trading technologies and trading strategies
  • Solid understanding of trading venue infrastructures (edge network, gateways, matching engine, feed handlers) with exposure to market data and order entry protocols
  • Strong knowledge of data center environments (space & power, racking and patching, cross-connects, meet-me-rooms)
  • Proficient knowledge of telecommunications / networks (lower layers of OSI model with a strong focus on Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols and solutions such as VCC, Layer 3 VPN, multicast distribution, TCP connection, etc.)
  • Familiar with Americas-based trading venues and/or venue connectivity model (technical solution, costs, redistribution model, etc.)
  • Problem solving and results oriented, with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to take on new assignments and challenges
  • Strong communication skills, attention to details, and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Effective time management and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a demanding and fast paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Mahwah ecosystem including the ICE-owned colocation facility, the community (trading participants, vendors, carriers, service providers), the ICE Global Network offering and the regulatory environment.
  • Take ownership and manage the suite of IGN colocation products offered in Mahwah and ensure competitiveness, value-add and compliance.
  • Supervise projects and product launches, report key timelines to management and escalate when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders involved in the management of the Mahwah facility (datacenter teams, network teams, NYSE business, NYSE technical teams, SIAC, legal and regulatory teams).
  • Monitor changes (technical, regulatory, financial) impacting the IGN offering. Manage communication (internal / external), documentation update, and ad-hoc requests to support the business.
  • Monitor and build knowledge about third-party colocation facilities across the globe to understand offerings, best practices and trends. Identify opportunities and risks to bring to management’s attention.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the IGN connectivity solutions (Ethernet ports, Cloud-based, SDN-based, etc.…) and manage the global offering in collaboration with the wider IGN product team. Identify improvements, enhancements, adjustments and gaps, and work with the relevant team on the execution plan.
  • Identify new solutions (or enhancements) and bring them to market
  • Work with engineering on new technical solutions (high-level design) and associated costs
  • Build business case with full P&L and present to senior management
  • If approved, lead the go-to-market plan and supervise the launch:
  • Validate the technical solution with engineering (low-level design)
  • Define the product and work on commercial strategy and pricing
  • Join the project steering committees, report back key information to senior business management
  • Deliver collateral documents (internal/external). Train Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
  • Work with marketing on PR, social media and campaigns
  • Supervise the launch and work very closely with Sales to analyze feedback and manage adjustments if needed
  • Set KPIs to measure success and performance of new products, and report KPIs to senior management
  • Meet with IGN customers during QBR-type events. Capture, analyze, translate and transmit feedback. Build business cases when opportunity arises. Walk customers through IGN initiatives and roadmap.
  • Engage with third parties and partners for existing and new products. Attend industry events. Monitor technologies (change, trend, new development) relevant to the business.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for connectivity and colocation solutions, contribute to RFPs or ad-hoc opportunities and support the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with the wider IGN product team on the third-party CSPs (Content Service Providers) available on the network. Monitor changes (technical, financial, legal), translate those changes into internal projects or activities, oversee IGN readiness and communication (internal and customers).

NYSE owner ICE invests $200M in crypto exchange OKX at $25B valuation

OKX, a cryptocurrency exchange operator, has received a $200 million investment from Intercontinental Exchange, valuing the company at $25 billion. ICE, which owns the New York Stock Exchange, will gain a board seat as part of the deal. Haider Rafique, OKX's global managing partner, discussed the investment on Bloomberg Crypto. The companies announced the partnership on Thursday but did not disclose financial terms publicly. The deal marks a significant endorsement of OKX by a major traditional financial institution, as ICE brings its regulatory expertise and market credibility to the cryptocurrency exchange.

Intercontinental Exchange has unveiled AI voice and chat agents for mortgage servicing at its ICE Experience 2026 conference. Currently in beta testing, the agents help homeowners answer loan questions and execute management actions whilst maintaining compliance requirements. The ICE Customer Service voice agent, integrated with MSP servicing system, handles common homeowner queries about escrow, insurance and payments whilst managing thousands of simultaneous interactions. The ICE Servicing Digital chat agent assists homeowners through a portal chatbot, explaining mortgage details and performing tasks like payment management. ICE also launched 16 exception-based automation agents within ICE Business Intelligence, including disaster-tracking updates and HELOC credit score-based line adjustments. The solutions are powered by ICE Aurora, the company's enterprise AI framework designed to embed responsible AI into complex workflows.

ICE launches Private Credit Intelligence with Apollo to bring transparency to $40T market

Intercontinental Exchange has launched ICE Private Credit Intelligence, a data infrastructure platform aimed at bringing greater transparency to the $40 trillion private credit market. Apollo is supporting the launch as anchor partner, with additional originators and asset managers expected to join in coming months. The platform provides secure, permissioned data sharing using standardised reference data, enabling deal-level information flow between authorised counterparties.
