  • ESI tools experience - esp re google suite and slack
  • Experience with invoicing systems such as Serengeti
Responsibilities
  • Focus on support, organization, strategy, direction/collaboration with external counsel with respect to multi-million dollar suite of employment litigation - including managing and strategizing ongoing ESI efforts, preparing for deposition and trial, investigation of claims, etc.
  • Support ongoing investigations, claims, demand letters, litigation by conducting preliminary analysis and review of relevant resources including documents in google suite, Slack, and use of Vault tool
  • Draft initial responses to claims, including demand letters, repayment requests, and other correspondence
  • Develop and maintain case management system and metrics tracking for Employment Legal team
  • Provide administrative support for data compilations and team presentations
  • Work with external counsel and Legal Leads to help manage engagement/billing review + budgeting
  • Project manage initiatives driven by the Employment Legal team
