General Purpose:The Leave of Absence Manager oversees the company’s leave and accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role manages Leave of Absence Specialist(s) and Coordinator(s) and collaborates with PACS Payroll and HR Teams to assist employees with leave preparation, ADA accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation leaves.

Education and/or Experience
Capable of effective communication in both written and spoken form, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Can understand and participate in discussions on relevant topics and comprehend standard business correspondence and documentation.
Familiarity with basic mathematical concepts and operations. Able to perform simple calculations and apply elementary mathematical principles as required for technology and network setup tasks.
Skilled in logical reasoning and analytical thinking. Capable of evaluating information, identifying relationships, and drawing logical conclusions. Able to solve moderately complex problems independently and effectively communicate the reasoning process, especially when troubleshooting on-site issues.
