Viva Senior Living operates communities for older adults that provide housing, hospitality and varying levels of daily support. Depending on the location, services may include independent living, assisted living and memory care alongside dining, activities and wellness programming. Community teams work with residents and families as preferences and care needs evolve. Viva’s business is residential senior living, combining a home-like community setting with service and care capabilities rather than functioning as an acute-care health system.
