  • A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required because driving is an essential function of the position.
  • An active NMLS License is preferred, and the incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a mortgage license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • The ability to communicate actionable and valuable information clearly, effectively, and professionally to parties at different organizational levels is required.
  • The ability to set and achieve sales goals proactively and independently is required.
  • Excellent customer service acumen and presentation skills are required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with buyer prospects to provide financial guidance, expertise, and preapproval services.
  • Sell the value of Pulte Mortgage to potential buyers requiring financing and set expectations for application and documentation.
  • Build relationships with and train PulteGroup sales consultants.
  • Develop partnerships with centralized mortgage operations teammates.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from pre-contract activities to loan application with the Mortgage Operations team.
  • Provide accurate loan backlog status visibility during weekly builder meetings.
  • Assist in progressing loans through the pipeline to ensure on-time construction starts and closings.
  • Contribute to branch performance through capture retention, customer service, compliance, and support for customers' financial goals.
  • Partner with the Sales team to help sell more homes.
  • Provide customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Support customer service efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Three to five years of previous related experience in mortgage lending is preferred.
  • One to two years of successful sales and/or business development experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are highly desirable.
  • The position is eligible for an annual bonus structure.
