Requirements
  • 4-6 years of working in client management on large-scale consumer-facing events
  • Experience in media and entertainment industry, preferably working with major sports property and/or leagues
  • 3-4 years of event activation and brand management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Slack
  • Understanding of production and operations as it relates to experiential activations
  • Strong communications skills both written and public speaking
  • Proven experience forecasting, managing and reconciling budgets
  • Exceptional attention to details and organizational skills
  • Must be able to multi-task in a highly productive, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with a team, communicate effectively
  • Strong work ethic with an ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to a variety of event environments
Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for event sponsors
  • Lead communications and calls with partners
  • Collaborate with the operations team on sponsor logistics
  • Manage timelines and assist with budget management
  • Guide new event activation concepts and brand moments from ideation through execution
  • Develop and manage comprehensive activation budgets
  • Identify and manage production teams and fabrication vendors
  • Oversee the approval process for event marketing elements
  • Assist the PR team with any press release content and approvals
  • Lead and execute the creative/signage process at select events
  • Develop the signage budget and work closely with the event manager on all signage elements
  • Come up with creative ideas on enhancing the branding of events
  • Other duties as assigned
