Requirements
  • 6+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in scaling product organizations in tech companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and execute product strategies that drive both immediate wins and long-term growth.
  • Experience managing multiple product lines in complex, fast-paced environments—experience in both early-stage startups and mature organizations is a plus.
  • A data-driven mindset with exceptional taste and a commitment to product quality.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; adept at working across functions to align vision and execute on strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Define, articulate, and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with the CEO, CPO, key executives, and Product Managers.
  • Establish a strategic framework that identifies target customer segments, outlines what it means to win in the market, and differentiates our products with superior taste and quality.
  • Develop strategies to cross-sell new products to existing customers and capture new market segments.
  • Drive seamless integration across our product suite, identifying connection points that enhance cohesion and deliver a unified, consistent platform experience.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of seven experienced product managers, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to execute on ambitious product plans.
  • Further enhance an already professional product management discipline through refined onboarding, mentoring, and training programs that foster rapid experimentation and product-led growth.
  • Foster a collaborative, data-driven, and customer-centric culture aligned with best practices of leading SaaS companies.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support to align the product vision and ensure seamless execution.
  • Establish and standardize product management processes—from multi-functional launch calendars to simple, impactful product requirement documents (PRDs).
  • Balance day-to-day operational involvement with long-term strategic planning.
  • Make informed trade-offs that balance rapid experimentation with measured strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure short-term success.
  • Define long-term success metrics, including product adoption rates, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share expansion.
