Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting.
  • Strong accounting and computer skills.
  • 1 – 3 years of Corporate tax related experience.
Responsibilities
  • Preparation and review of US International reporting and compliance obligations. (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8991, 8992, 8993, disclosure statements, Form 1120F etc.).
  • Prepare Subpart F, E&P, and foreign tax credits calculations.
  • Support various workstreams related to Country-by-Country Reporting and compliance obligations
  • Foreign tax credit computations.
  • Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, providing documentation and analysis as needed.
  • Computation of book tax differences, supporting work papers, account reconciliations and documentation.
  • Research simple technical tax issues with direction.
  • Develops and uses collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate income tax provision schedules, including current and deferred.
  • Perform a wide variety of recurring and non-recurring moderately complex tax functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
