Bristow Group reported Q4 revenues of $377.3 million, up 6.7% year on year, but missed analysts' expectations by 0.8%. The helicopter transport operator, which serves offshore oil and gas platforms, also missed EBITDA and EPS estimates, marking a disappointing quarter overall. The oilfield services sector posted strong Q4 results collectively, with 26 tracked companies beating revenue consensus estimates by 3.7% on average. Share prices have risen 4.9% on average since earnings announcements. Helix Energy Solutions outperformed the sector, reporting revenues of $334.2 million that beat expectations by 11.6%, despite a 5.9% year-on-year decline. The company exceeded both EPS and EBITDA estimates. Bristow Group's shares have risen 2.6% since reporting, currently trading at $47.92.

This week, dynaCERT announced it plans to appoint Kevin Unrath as the company's next CEO, and Daimler Truck North America appointed Adam Morgan head of corporate communications. Meanwhile, the North American Council for Freight Efficiency appointed Steve Mignardi as the new board chairman, elected Charlotte Argue of Geotab as board treasurer, and added five new members to the board. dynaCERT plans CEO transition, names Unrath successor. dynaCERT plans to appoint current chief operating officer Kevin Unrath as the company's next CEO as part of a leadership transition focused on operational execution and commercial growth. Unrath has been directly involved in strengthening dynaCERT's operational platform, including production processes, deployment strategies, and alignment of the Company's technology with customer requirements, according to a news release. Current CEO Jim Payne will step down after more than a decade in the role and will remain chairman of the board, supporting the company's strategic direction while helping with the transition. "Kevin brings strong operational discipline and a deep understanding of our technology and deployment environment. We believe this positions the company well for the next phase of its development, and the Board fully supports this leadership transition," said Brian Warner, dynaCERT's independent director. Prior to joining dynaCERT in early 2025, Unrath spent more than two years at Hatz Components, holding senior sales, marketing and business development roles. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Motorenfabrik Hatz. Unrath also worked at MAN Truck & Bus AG in his earlier career. DTNA names Morgan head of corporate communications. Daimler Truck North America has appointed Adam Morgan head of corporate communications. He will lead internal and external communications, media relations, public affairs, corporate branding, as well as brand partnerships, and corporate giving. Morgan joins DTNA from Bristow Group, where he served as director of global communications and marketing. He has also held senior communications roles at McDermott International and The Boeing Company, including leading communications for Boeing's space division and serving as regional director of international communications for Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Morgan also previously served in public and legislative affairs with the U.S. Forest Service and is a veteran of the United States Navy. Morgan will be based at the company's headquarters in Portland, Ore., as he succeeds Andy Johnson, who has moved to a global communications role within Daimler Truck in Germany. NACFE appoints Mignardi as new board chairman, adds members. Steve Mignardi, former executive with Daimler Truck North America, has been named board chairman of the North American Council for Freight Efficiency (NACFE), succeeding Rob Reich of Schneider, who is stepping down after eight years in the role. "Rob has been a great asset to NACFE, helping to guide us these last eight years," said Mike Roeth, NACFE's executive director, in a news release. "We are delighted to have Steve as our next board chairman and look forward to his helping NACFE continue to bring unbiased real-world experience to the trucking industry." Charlotte Argue of Geotab has been elected board treasurer. Oban airport plans take another step forward. Plans for a new business park at Oban Airport are progressing as Argyll and Bute Council has signed a contract with hub North Scotland to oversee the project, which Robertson Construction Ltd will deliver as the main contractor. Work will include the delivery of site infrastructure and building a new search and rescue base. Oban Airport was selected as one of two new seasonal helicopter bases for Bristow Helicopters Ltd as it's ideally placed to support this vital service, offering quick and easy access to the west coast and surrounding islands. The base will enhance search and rescue provision during the busy summer months, supporting safety in one of Scotland's most popular coastal regions. Bristow Helicopters Ltd has now agreed terms with the council to operate its service from the new Oban base. The base will operate one aircraft from April to September. The second seasonal base will be in Carlisle. The council secured funding for the new search and rescue base in Oban from the UK Government's Community Regeneration Partnership Fund. Ian Phillips, Regional Managing Director, Robertson Construction Northern, said: "This project represents an important step in the long-term development of Oban Airport. The new business park and search and rescue facility will provide key infrastructure to support increased aviation activity and attract future investment. "With Bristow Helicopters confirmed as the first tenant, the project highlights the site's potential and is expected to attract further aviation and related businesses to the area, supporting jobs and economic growth." Argyll and Bute Council Leader, Councillor Jim Lynch, said: "The formal signing of contracts is great news and another milestone for its ambitious plans for the Oban Airport Business Park. Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE:VTOL) received an upgraded price target from Evercore ISI analyst Jason Bandel, who raised it to $56 from $45 whilst maintaining an Outperform rating on 27 February. The analyst identified 2026 as an "inflection point" for the company, citing its strengthened position as a multi-mission aviation services provider. The Texas-based vertical flight solutions provider reported Q4 2025 results on 25 February, missing EPS expectations by $0.36. However, full-year revenue reached $1,525 million, up $75 million from 2024. The company is investing strategically in advanced air mobility and government services. Bristow is a consensus buy among four analysts covering the stock, with a one-year median price target of $59, representing 29.27% upside potential.
Bristow Group reported net income of $129.1 million for the full year ended December 31, 2025, up from $94.8 million in 2024, on total revenues of $1.5 billion compared to $1.4 billion the previous year. The helicopter services company's full-year adjusted EBITDA of $245.6 million aligned with guidance. Operating cash flow increased to $198.4 million from $177.4 million, whilst adjusted free cash flow rose to $186.7 million from $160.9 million. The company refinanced its senior notes with an upsized $500 million transaction at a 6.75% coupon rate, extending maturity to 2033. For the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, Bristow reported net income of $18.4 million, or $0.61 per diluted share, on revenues of $377.3 million. The company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share.
