Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Support and/or experience in data recovery, backup & recovery solutions with a focus on any one or more Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and GCP.
  • Strong understanding of technology & cybersecurity basics, computer networking fundamentals, OSI layers, OSI layer protocols, Active directory& DNS basics, TCP, UDP etc.
  • Hands-on Configuration & troubleshooting level Knowledge on: Networking, Storage Systems, Hypervisors and container solutions such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, Kubernetes, OpenStack, OpenShift etc.

Responsibilities
  • This role will be to remotely support various Sales Engineering Managers and Sales Engineers in the US market with pre-sales/sales engagements, primarily focussed on POC’s and Demos and support other pre-sales activities such as documentation, TODs, ALDs, RFI/RFPs, discovery& requirement gathering, technical research etc.

  • Proficiency in on-boarding CRM apps like Salesforce, D365 etc.
  • Prior Hands-on exposure on Commvault/ Rubrik/ Veeam/Cohesity, Dell, NetApp, Pure Storage Technologies.

Commvault faces securities fraud investigation after stock plunges 31% on SaaS growth slowdown
