  • 10+ years in Quality & Reliability & Failure Analysis
  • Understands both System (card, server and rack) and ATE (LPU) testing
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills including failure analysis and DOE
  • Experience in implementation and maintaining a document control system
  • BSEE, MSEE or PhD preferred in related experience
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality control tools
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for quality and reliability
  • Experience in product development and manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Establish a company-wide Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality and reliability strategy
  • Define and prioritize quality metrics and KPIs
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality processes and procedures
  • Manage supplier quality and coordinate quality audits and inspections
  • Track and analyze quality data for LPU’s and Racks
  • Implement corrective actions to address quality issues
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments
  • Communicate quality strategy and performance metrics to senior management
  • Represent the organization in customer-facing quality-related meetings and discussions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
  • Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives
