Your Impact
As a Project Manager, you are a go-getter, comfortable wearing many hats, and super organized. You understand the importance of process and are always looking for opportunities to optimize. You’re not afraid to take initiative, come up with solutions, or just provide a helping hand where needed.
This role will support the Marketing project management team, collaborating cross-functionally to help the team work more effectively and efficiently together. This role will support a variety of marketing projects, but most will be brand-related or foundational to overall marketing operations.
Our ideal Marketing Project Manager will be a critical member of a centralized project management team that is the hub of knowledge and source of truth. You’ll help unleash the team’s best work while proactively identifying and resolving areas of improvement. This role requires a customer service mentality, a knack for problem-solving, and an understanding of workflows within a marketing team, with the ability to get in the weeds as well as think about the bigger picture.
What You’ll Do
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Reports to: Creative Project Manage
- Support team efficiency and collaboration with clear meeting cadences, agendas, notes, and project setup within Monday.com
- Assist in the development and implementation of new internal digital asset management (DAM) system
- Support creative ticket intake, routing and asset delivery
- Onboard new marketing vendors, working with finance and legal departments to ensure all paperwork submitted and accepted
- Support financial processes, including PO submission and invoicing, and expense tracking
- Help coordinate photo and video for events and assist on photo and video shoots, including product requisitions and other pre-production support
- Set up projects in Monday.com and Slack to give full visibility but also allow the team to work and collaborate independently
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 2 years project coordination, project management, or producer experience in a marketing or creative capacity
- Extremely organized and detail/process-oriented, with ability to stay on top of timelines, key milestones, budgets, resourcing risks, etc.
- Hands on experience with project management software
- Strong communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, joining forces within and outside of marketing team
- Positivity and ability to be a force for good on the team, even when faced with difficult problems
- Self-starter, comfortable working with autonomy, and can successfully prioritize and manage multiple assignments
- A solutions-focused mindset
- Experience working in a marketing agency or in-house team in a project management capacity
- Experience using Monday.com, our workflow management platform
- Experience using a DAM, or other software implementation experience

Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 50,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 90,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 80,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 105,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
