- Experience running large information technology projects and managing a portfolio of smaller projects.
- Experience with fixed price and time-and-materials projects involving bespoke development.
- Experience managing geographically distributed and local diverse teams across time zones.

- Proven ability managing senior technical and project management resources within a team and aligning to project goals as a team.
- Ability to mentor and motivate a diverse experienced large team.
- Proven ability to take functional ownership and engage client stakeholders in discussion of solution, benefits, dependencies, etc.
- Proven ability to craft a customized engagement approach and defend it.
- Well versed with standard software development life cycle lifecycles and proven ability to contribute and add value in Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies.
- Technically involved and familiar with Java related technologies and web development.
- COTS product implementation/integration experience is a plus.
- Experience setting up and running Agile distributed projects is a plus.
- Experience managing and setting up application support projects with stringent service level agreements and productivity gain expectations is a plus.
- Overall 10+ years’ experience in program and project management.
- Should have managed at least one multimillion dollar program through the whole lifecycle.
- Ability to provide client references for the above on request

- Oversee project lifecycle to ensure delivery of a multimillion dollar program.
- Provide client references upon request
