Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to deliver excellent service to partners using qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Prioritise the training and development schedule for advisers across the different products serviced by the Business Relations team.
  • Embed recent digital transformation changes and prepare the team for ILA.
  • Act as an ambassador for partners at internal and external meetings.
  • Analyse and provide feedback on customer satisfaction scores, contributing to partner experience.
  • Analyse agent key performance indicators and manage them.
  • Lead and conduct team meetings and huddles when required.
