Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales engineer or a similar role in healthcare technology.
  • US Healthcare payer knowledge required.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and clear way.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend trade shows and events.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer's requirements and propose solutions.
  • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospects.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Model financial business case for each sales opportunity.
  • Conduct customer maturity assessment and create customer roadmap.
  • Develop MSA exhibits and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of products and industry trends.
  • Create and update sales materials, manuals, and documentation.
  • Provide feedback to product development team based on customer feedback.
