  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of Federal Sales experience within the DoD (USAF)
  • In-depth knowledge of Federal procurement programs
  • Experience strategically selling into US Federal accounts, Federal Systems Integrators, and Managed Service Providers
  • Leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge of networking, data center, and network automation solutions
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • US Citizenship and potential security clearance processes
  • Travel required
Responsibilities
  • Lead sales strategies to meet revenue goals within Federal DoD Agencies, especially the US Air Force
  • Consultative selling and solution development to address Federal customer needs
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across the Arista product portfolio
  • Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned agencies
  • Create and execute targeted account plans
  • Manage and align business priorities across a named account territory
  • Create a marketing plan aligned with named accounts and territory
