Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive business experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within a project environment, including 2 years at the Senior Business Analyst level.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain industry and company knowledge across multiple disciplines and apply it to initiate and deliver solutions to the business.
  • Perform analysis tasks for business and technology projects, including project initiation, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, requirements analysis, use cases, business designs, testing, training, and implementation.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes and identify and document optimal future-state processes.
  • Document detailed user requirements and define functional system capabilities and boundaries between manual and automated functions.
