  • 5+ years of successful Sales experience in a B2B sales environment, with a focus on banking and fintech sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • In-depth understanding of fraud and compliance in the banking and fintech industry with a current understanding of trends, challenges, and competitive landscape
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Organized with fantastic attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to forecast and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and sanctions is a bonus
  • Experience working with anti-fraud and regtech vendors is a bonus
  • Passion for technology and building products to solve customer problems is a bonus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with a focus on the banking and fintech industries
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through effective research, lead generation, and networking strategies
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry partners to identify pain points and create tailored solutions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business strategies, optimize sales processes, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Gather customer and industry insights and collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with product roadmaps
  • Leverage market insights and industry trends to identify new revenue streams and areas for business expansion within the banking and fintech sectors
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to formulate competitive positioning and differentiate offerings
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue projections
