Requirements
  • 5 + years of related experience
  • Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or other equivalent technical discipline (may substitute with commensurate work experience)
  • Experience in Avaya, Managed Secure Telephony Platform (MSTP), Cisco, Microsoft TAC, Power Bi, SAFe
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Top Secret clearance required
Responsibilities
  • Manages and troubleshoots Avaya and MSTP (Managed Secure Telephony Platform) systems.
  • Oversees all engineering activities related to MSTP configuration and ensuring proper endpoint connectivity.
  • Resolving technical issues within systems, troubleshooting performance problems, and ensuring operations efficiently.
  • Ensures that Avaya and MSTP solutions are configured and optimized to meet business needs.
  • Maintaining and supporting EVoIP (Enterprise Voice over IP) systems, ensuring they are functioning at peak performance.
  • Provides essential back-end engineering support for troubleshooting MSTP and resolving T4 tickets related to telephony issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Provides business process modeling and reengineering support.
  • Provides secure reach-back supports.
  • Ensures that technical strategies align with business needs.
