What You Will Be Doing:
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with an analytical background to join the Operations Excellence team. We are looking for a current undergraduate, masters or MBA student to start in July 2023. This role has a duration of 12 months. As an Operational Excellence Intern, you will be:
- Analysing data and drawing actionable insights
- Supporting cross-functional change in a fast-paced environment
- Working in partnership with our diverse functional teams to deliver tangible changes to how we work
- Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and leading the delivery of change across the business
- Documenting best practices and lessons learned to improve our operating model and processes
Who You Are:
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Highly-organised and detail-oriented
- Self-starter who is able to excel in an rapidly-changing environment and make things happen
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you bring energy to any environment you enter
- Contributor to a fun, team-orientated environment
- Strong analytical skills, and experience of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Results-focused and data-driven

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
