Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Support the development and continuous improvement of the Copernicus Training and Readiness Service
  • Training Program Development: Design training pathways for physicians, technologists, and clinical staff
  • Training Program Development: Develop educational content including MRI procedural workflows-MRI safety and operational readiness-Device usage in MRI environments
  • Training Program Development: Coordinate with Cook Clinical Education teams to align training standards
  • Site Readiness & Implementation: Support hospitals in preparing for iMRI suite implementation
  • Site Readiness & Implementation: Assist with readiness assessments including-Workflow design-Staffing models-MRI compatibility considerations
  • Site Readiness & Implementation: Contribute to the iMRI deployment playbook and site readiness checklist
  • Clinical Case Support: Provide support for early clinical cases and physician adoption
  • Clinical Case Support: Assist physicians and clinical teams during the initial procedural learning curve
  • Clinical Case Support: Help translate training into real-world procedural workflows
  • Clinical Case Support: Capture learnings and best practices to improve future implementations
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training programs including-On-site training-Simulation sessions-Workshops and proctorship programs
  • Training Delivery: Support educational events, including-Physician workshops-User meetings-Training sessions at reference sites
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with-Strategy Enablement-Clinical Education-Product Management-Market Development
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with outside partnership teams on MRI workflow training and suite integration

  • Familiarity with interventional radiology procedures
