Requirements

  • Provide feedback on customer service process efficiency and proactively suggest improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service, participate in regular team meetings, and share insights from customer interactions.
  • Document all customer communications with accurate and detailed notes and report significant customer feedback to management for further analysis and response.
