Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research and stakeholder interviews
  • Build financial models to analyze new business opportunities
  • Book prospective customer meetings and lead follow-up
  • Conduct user research and stay close to users from new market segments
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with leadership, Product, Research, and Partner Success teams
  • Support company operations and culture, including planning company retreats and running culture surveys
