Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Americas marketing roles
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner/channel marketing leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the current partner/channel ecosystem within the cybersecurity segment
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing international marketing teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Monday–Friday work week required
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies in conjunction with the global partner ecosystem and cooperation with the regional Field & Partner marketing teams
  • Drive market segmentation, localization, and positioning strategies to optimize market penetration and customer acquisition
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners, including technology partners, resellers, distributors, and integrators
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing programs that drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and sales enablement
  • Lead and support the regional marketing teams to localize global marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging, branding, and campaigns across all AMER and Public Sector regions
  • Work closely with Sales and across all Marketing teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and initiatives
  • Champion the needs of AMER and Public Sector markets and partners in strategic planning and decision-making processes
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of field and partner marketing activities
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives
  • Build and lead a high-performing field and partner marketing team
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
