  • 3+ years of construction project management or similar experience is required.
  • Experience working with airports, 7460 airspace reviews, 163 applications, and Airport Layout Plan updates is preferred.
  • A certification or degree in construction management is a plus.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and obsessed with the details make for a strong candidate.
  • Comfortable working as the liaison between sales, engineering, and supply chain as well as external partners and stakeholders while keeping all parties well informed with statuses and next steps.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must.
  • CAD experience is a plus.
  • Able to be a creative thinker and devise creative solutions to complicated problems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; adverse in various problem-solving methodologies.
  • Team player; ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams.
  • FAA Private Pilot License
  • EV Driver or first-hand EV experience
Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify potential cost overruns and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize project costs.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Coordinate activities among various project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular project team meetings to communicate project goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction meets industry standards and BETA expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in project delivery and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage changes to project scope, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Charge Network Development Projects, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
