\nOne part internal consulting, one part analytics, the GetScale’s Business Operations team works cross functionally with the sales & systems teams to identify and capitalize on the company’s highest priority opportunities. While the opportunities vary, the data driven approach the team utilizes while taking projects from concept to implementation remains consistent.
\nAbout the Business Operations Manager Role
\nBusiness Operations Managers are constantly searching for opportunities to optimize by backing-up their insights and strategy with a combination of data and intuition. Success is not measured by how well you can manipulate data, but rather by how big your business impact is using the data. As a Business Operations Manager, you will identify opportunities, continually iterate by way of experimentation, lead the long-term (‘evergreen’) implementation and define desired post launch monitoring mechanisms.
