Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Experience in supporting agile development projects desirable
  • Strong working experience with graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, etc.
  • Proven experience in developing user research plans and conducting user interviews
  • Proficiency in graphic design, with an eye for visual composition and attention to detail
  • Strong coding skills, with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user interviews to gather feedback and inform design decisions
  • Design and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Embrace human-centered design principles to develop comprehensive user research plans, interview protocols and question guides
  • Translate user stories and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using industry-standard tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and translate them into design solutions
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design concepts
  • Ensure all designs meet U.S. Web Design Standards and are 508-accessibility compliant
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and user flows
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI design and web standards
